Yin Yang Catch-all Dish

This catch-all features the yin yang symbol screen printed in black onto opaque white glass with a stripe of transparent charcoal glass, which is then fused in a kiln to about 1400 degrees. Glass is then cold worked, returned to the kiln to slump into final shape to about 1250 degrees.  

This dish is screen printed, kiln formed glass, 4.5" square and about 1/4" thick, slumped into a sushi-style mold making it about 3/4" high at the corners.  Catch-alls are great for tossing your coins and keys into, hold rings and earrings, candles, soap, make cute appetizer plates, great spoon rests and decorative accents. They are food safe and we recommend hand washing, though they can go in the dishwasher (we like the China cycle for glass).
