Shipping policy

Most in stock goods typically ship within about 3 business days of placing your order (potentially up to 5 days in case I have to quickly fuse something).  Custom and made-to-order goods can take an additional 2-4 weeks to make and ship.  If you need expedited shipping, please contact me to make sure I can accommodate you.  

Priority Mail and UPS goods are insured for up to $100 up to the drop-off point, please email us upon ordering if you need signature confirmation for $2.50, or if you would like to insure it for any amount over $100, or for USPS Ground shipping.  We cannot replace goods that go missing after the delivery has been marked complete by the shipping carrier.
