Custom 13” Fused Glass Bowls with your design or ideas! Kiku loves to work with our stores to do custom orders, and to make that as accessible as possible, we have very low custom minimums. For new custom designs, there is a 3 piece minimum, plus we will add a one-time screen setup fee of $60 (1-color max). Please reach out with artwork or ideas so that we can provide a mock-up for approval before ordering. You may order any custom design you’ve previously ordered here (let us know which design it is in the order notes), and any mockup that has been approved by you.
Kiku Handmade platters are screen printed, kiln formed glass made by artist Laurie Freivogel in her Oak Park studio. She hand prints each piece of colorful sheet glass with fine glass enamels, then fuses in a kiln in multiple firings. Designs are permanently fused into the glass.These make great wedding and housewarming gifts. These are a fantastic fruit bowl size, are great for serving, and look equally fabulous displayed on your table.
Please note that custom screens may be reclaimed if not used for 12 months. Orders after 12 months may incur a new screen setup fee. Kiku remains the sole owner of our designs, and may use them in the future. You remain the sole owner of designs you supply.
