Chicago Flag Buckle
Chicago's four 6-pointed stars (representing Fort Dearborn, the Great Chicago Fire, the World Columbian Exposition and the Century of Progress Exposition) screen printed with red enamel over three stripes (representing the city's North, West and South sides) screen printed with white enamel onto powder blue glass (creating two stripes, the top representing Lake Michigan + the North Branch of the Chicago River, the bottom for the South Branch of the Chicago River and the Great Canal), then fused in a kiln to about 1400 degrees. Steel buckle back affixed to the back. Approx. 2.25" x 3.5", will fit up to a 1 3/4 " wide belt (sold separately).
