Coasters are screen printed, fused glass. Glass is cut, and screen printed by hand with fine glass enamels, then fused overnight to 1415 degrees in a kiln. Each piece is made by artist Laurie Freivogel in her Oak Park studio.
This is from our Coasters for a Cause line, where we donate $7.50 from the retail sale of each coaster. Proceeds from this design will be donated to Democracy Forward, a national legal organization that advances democracy and social progress through litigation, policy and public education, and regulatory engagement.
